Current Plunger Technology
Cost Effective, but with limited Data
• Production improvements largely depend on tribal knowledge
• Requirements to be on location to adjust creates lag time for responding to changing well conditions
• Insufficient information to make good decisions

ProStream: Dynamic Pattern Recognition
History of DPR
History
• Blackstone Instruments began its research in Dynamic Pattern Recognition (DPR) technology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) over 20 years ago.
• The technology was initially developed for military applications to predict gear rotor failure on mission critical Apache helicopters.
• The technology was initially developed for military applications to predict gear rotor failure on mission critical Apache helicopters.
Oilfield Applications
• Blackstone then combined world class multi-phase fluid flow expertise with the DPR technology to develop oilfield applications.
Tally Acquisition
• Blackstone was acquired by Tally in 2019.
• Subsequently invested $2M in technology development initiatives.
